Marcos Vega Harpist, Marcos was born in San Lorenzo, Paraguay, South America of Spanish/Italian and Guaraní Indian descent. Marcos Vega studied music at the Conservatory of Asuncion, Paraguay, and the Conservatory of Cincinnati. In 1963, Marcos Vega toured throughout Mexico, Central and South America. He also performed at the World International Fair in San Salvador, several television programs, and numerous nightclubs and hotels. Since 1979, Marcos Vega has performed as a solo harpist at the Jupiter Beach Resort Hilton; The Breakers International Hotel, the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and the Mar-A-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. Recently, Marcos Vega was welcomed into Florida’s Artist Residency Directory by Katherine Harris, Secretary of State of the Florida Arts Council and the Department of State. An unexpected and intriguing musical experience!

Most recently, Lou has been performing the National Anthem at Jupiter’s Roger Dean Stadium. His TV credits include appearances on the new USA Network series Burn Notice, Law & Order SVU, Third Watch, Deadline, and The Sopranos.
